| Quilted Illusions Weighted Vests were created to give stylish comfort that people can take and wear anywhere they go without standing out. I came up with the design after searching for weighted vests for my sons that they could wear in school without other kids wondering what`s `wrong` with them. Each of my boys chose a fabric that they felt was `cool.` The liner for the vests is first quilted on my long-arm quilting machine. I then fill the liner with weights (polly-pellets), sewing the weights into columns so that they don`t shift around. I then attach the outside fabric and hand bind the bottom of the vest to ensure that the weights don`t fall out. You never have to worry about removing the weights. Quilted Illusions Weighted Vests are fully machine washable. I have a variety of fabrics in stock; however, if there is a special fabric you would like (my son wanted his made out of the solar-system fabric), let me know.
